We want you to love what you buy from us, period.If you need to return your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for store credit only, minus shipping charges. Items must be returned unworn and in the condition sold with tags and accessories (if applicable) attached; return shipping/insurance costs are non-refundable.
*please note lingerie (including hosiery) and bathing suits may not be returned for hygienic reasons.
to make a return:
- Contact returns@blackcatvintage.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please state "return" in the subject line and include your order number and a description of the item you are returning in the body of your e-mail.
- You will receive e-mail notification of your return request along with your RA# within 24 hours.
- Returns without an RA# are not accepted
- Returns postmarked after 7 days of delivery are not accepted
- Securely repackage your item in the original or other suitable carton.
- Include your RA# on the outside of the package.
- Insure your package: we cannot be responsible for packages damaged during return shipment, or process refunds on items we never receive!
- Store credit will be granted via e-mail within 30 days of receipt and inspection of returned merchandise. Store credit expires within one year of issue.
