Signed six times, this maxi dress is the creation of British designer Colin Glascoe, who introduced Americans to Beatles-era "kaleidoscope eyes" while Emilio Pucci conquered Braniff Airlines' skies with his. 

Halter neck maxi column dress with straight 1 ¾” banded bustline and mitered rear neck; rear nylon zip closure with top hook and eye.  Unlined.
