1950s stratton lipstick, powder + perfume compact

Oh dear!  The ultimate in superluxe bygone glamour: a never-used, perfectly preserved Stratton compact with a loose powder well, lipstick case and perfume dauber.  “H. R.” was a rich girl indeed.

Gold tone compact by Stratton of London.  Features include: mirror; “compact in hand” pop-up powder keeper with original puff, sifter and well; No. 2 refillable lipstick tube with instructions; and No. 2 perfume bottle with dauber.  Machine-turned pinstripe front and star pattern reverse; lid cartouche engraved “H. R.”  Original box.
